Sales and Acquisitions of Real Estate Assets?
The Weinberg Law Group has extensive experience in the representation of clients in real property purchase and sale transactions. Our practice includes representation of every real property asset type, from raw land, mapped residential projects, apartments, condominiums, hotels, industrial, shopping centers, office buildings, and mixed-use projects. Our firm documents purchase and sale transactions, conducts due diligence investigations, and negotiates the seller or third-party financing involved in the transaction.
